CUSTOMER CARE

A high level of customer service is very important to us, and we endeavour to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible during your purchase.  However, on the odd occasion something may go wrong, we will ensure action is taken to correct any mistake and rectify the situation without  further delay to you, our valued customer.

We do not believe in small print except for a few essential facts:

  • Returns can be accepted up to 14 days providing goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and fully re-sellable.

  • Damaged or punctured products cannot be returned, except for repair, at the purchasers cost.

  • Compensation will not be entertained due to our carriers delays.  Whilst goods are sent despatched on a 24hour service, we cannot guarantee 24 hour delivery.  Goods ordered at a weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery the following day.  
    Goods are only delivered Mon to Fri, unless you wish to upgrade to a Saturday service.

​WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

As an international supplier , we welcome inquiries for bulk volumes, especially from gyms, clubs, schools etc.  Please send us you enquiry. 

 

​PRIVACY & SAFETY​

All personal data supplied with be treated and secured with full respect and NOT shared with any other organisation.  No payment data is stored once processed.
